I received excellent treatment form Dr Natasha Christofides , and i want to make sure she receives appropriate recognition. She took the time to listen to my needs , made me feel able to talk , and followed up with me afterwards to see if any further issues. This is rare for a GP where i often get rushed to leave and a plea not to return! Shes a fantastic asset to your practice.

Dear Pimlico at the Marven
I am just dropping a note to say thank you to the receptionist who was working on Saturday. I had lost some medication and put in a repeat but due to to timescale it could not be authorised. She said she would see whether the locum could authorise and it was all sorted out.
